fantastic stay!
really good service clean room great options public transport
the front desk service was really good. the receptionist helped me quickly with a smile! the room was very clean and i had everything i needed. breakfast had great options and everything tasted amazing!!! the location was good with public transport nearby.

good variety balanced menu
the breakfasts had a good variety including french cheeses and a balanced menu. the staff seemed willing to accommodate requests (i liked that).
the room was not cleaned well and the water drained poorly in the sink. there were no usb sockets near the bedside table. i found the wifi connection horrible and slow.

outdated decor improper ventilation
The location allowed convenient access to transport links.
My room lacked proper ventilation. It was stuffy and uncomfortable. The outdated decor with artex on the walls was rather unpleasant. I found the overall ambiance not align with my expectations for the price I paid.

awesome stay!
great size french cheeses happy staff convenient location
The room size was great. I could really stretch out! the breakfast options were fantastic, with loads of french cheeses (i love cheeses!). the staff seemed genuinely happy to help with any request. plus, the location was super convenient for hopping on the tram or buses to get into the city center. i loved how easy it was to reach by car.
the wifi was a little spotty at times, making it hard to stream videos.

the superior queen room had a double sofa bed, perfect for extra space. the room felt clean and well-kept. the beds were really comfy, i had such a good sleep!
